Yoga In The Sanctuary
Join us for a mixed level yoga class. You’ll practice breath work to help you relax, physical postures designed to increase flexibility and build strength and meditation to quiet your mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find this class refreshing and rejuvenating.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 11th, 11:00 am to noon. In order to continue to offer this program the cost has increased slightly: $12/class if you register for 5 classes ($60) or $15 drop-in. You can register with cash or bring a cheque made out to St. Andrew’s United Church with you to the first class. Drop-ins are cash only. Please direct any questions to Colleen Dibden: 780-236-0063.
Meets monthly, on the second Tuesday, 7 pm. Everyone is welcome no matter your level of experience. Cost is $10/session. Please direct any questions to Colleen Dibden: 780-236-0063.
